We would like to thank everyone at this time for their understanding. Our usual way of interacting together has changed and it takes longer. This is to ensure safe practice. To this end we are still obliged to consult remotely where possible to do so and to triage all calls via doctor to achieve this. We are ensuring that our surgery remains safe for you and your loved ones should they need to attend. When a patient is asked to attend they may rest assured that all public health advice in relation to hygiene has been adhered to. All this takes additional time but it is worth it. It has saved lives.

In order to minimise the risk of COVID-19 to our patients and staff, we have had to change  our usual consultation process. We are still available for all types of medical care (including non-COVID related illness), however in the first instance, appointments will take place by telephone or video consultation. An appointment at the surgery will be arranged by the GP if deemed necessary.

It is important to seek medical attention as normal if you have any symptoms you are concerned about, whether covid or non-covid related.

We have now opened a page in our top menu with links useful to this outbreak. We would encourage all members of our society to follow current advice on social distancing. Please mind yourselves and each other.

This is an evolving situation and we must all keep up to date with and follow advice as issued. We would ask that people approach this outbreak with serious caution. There has been a helpline established by the HSE and it is 1850 24 1850. For those who are unwell we will be happy to advise too. Please be aware that we are experiencing a high volume of calls at this time and will endeavour to return your call as soon as we can.

For the most up to date information please see

In keeping with GDPR recommendations, we would ask all patients to ensure you have signed our privacy statement with regards the storage/usage of your personal data. Please drop into the surgery at your convenience to do this.
